Regarding Al-Ula/Madain Saleh, for trip as early as next weekend the best is to contact the guide who is based there. His name is Ahmad Al-Imam (+966 54 320 1066) but I don’t know if he’ll be available . You can tell him that you come on my behalf and if he’s not available I’ll advise you another guide.
Concerning the white volcanoes there is unfortunately no tour guide organizing trips there for the time being but we are working with them to open a new itinerary in that area.
